Thanks for visiting my massage website!  I am a California State Licensed and Insured Certified Massage Therapist also operating as "HandsOn-LA" with certification from the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing and have been practicing bodywork since January 2003.

I provide my massage skills with and in a professional and nurturing demeanor and environment.  I am currently skilled in Swedish/Firm Swedish, Circulatory/Deep Circulatory, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Acupressure, Foot Reflexology and Passive Joint Mobilization.  My specialty is using a mixture of all my skills which offers a relief of sore/tight muscles while maintaining a flow and relaxation for each client, but I will adjust to my client's needs and wants when necessary.  I was trained and personally believe in the fact that it doesn't have to hurt to gain relief.  Though the typical Deep Tissue work can create pain for clients and a sense of possible relief for a day or two, my approach is to work WITH the muscles in achieving better circulation and movement and longer lasting relief mentally and physically.  My goal is to leave you feeling balanced and renewed in mind, body and soul.

Me:

Born and raised in (and never left) sunny Southern California.  I enjoy helping people in whatever capacity I can and have found my passion in massage therapy/bodywork.  I am close to my family and friends and enjoy spending time with them as often as possible.  When not massaging, you might find me at the gym, the beach, traveling, the movies, or a concert.  I am always looking for new clients to work on....contact me today!
